Centralising text from top to bottom in full width menu

    Hi,
    I am new to wordpress and Divi, I have set up a full width menu but the text is closer to the top of the menu bar.
    I would like it centred, I've used css code to make the menu smaller as I didn't like how much bigger than the text it was. Can anyone help please?
