Can I purchase the blog plugin and if I like the added functionality purchase the full child theme at a discount or do I need to purchase those functions twice if I want to buy the child theme. I ask because I am in need of a child theme so I can make enhancements to the site without worrying if some of the code will be wiped out by future updates to the parent divi theme.

The reason I am hesitant is; concern over added drag on the frontend and backend of my site due to extra functionality and styling, compatibility with AWS s3 and CloudFront (doubt this will be an issue) The optimization aspect is a big concern as I am unsure how the child theme will interact with all the 3rd party optimization plugins I need to use due to the abnormally large size of my site,

Plugins such as slider revolution, essential grid, wp rocket, sg optimizer, wp offload, tap tap, etc. The last plugin is a menu plugin, one that I am very keen on continuing to use, would that be possible with the child theme?

Both need to be purchased separately. The standalone blog plugin is meant to be used on Divi site that doesn't use our child theme.

If those plugins works well with default Divi site, then it should work just fine with our child theme as well. Till today, we haven't received any reports on conflict between our child theme & third party plugins. Usually, if the plugins works well with Divi itself, then it will work just fine with our child theme.
