Divi Customizer Option remains blank

    Hello everyone,

    I am wondering whether somebody could help me out.

    I will translate it literally and see whether I can make myself understandable as I have my WordPress in Spanish.

    I am trying to access the Divi Theme Customizer option from the menu (not the builder) and it doesn't pop up. It remains blank. It used to work and I have just noticed it doesn't anymore.

    So that you understand which Divi part I am referring to the link is: wp-admin/customize.php?et_customizer_option_set=theme

    As I say the window pops up but it remains blank. Any idea what could it be?

    Try to enable Safe Mode & see if it works: WP Admin > Divi > Support Center > Safe Mode > Enabled

    If it doesn't work in Safe Mode as well, then it might be due to your browser extensions. Try to use browser incognito mode, where all the browser extensions are disabled & see if it works.
