Colors Not Appearing Correctly

There seems to be some type of weird filter over all of the colors on the website. When trying to change colors to a very specific color, it never shows up as the actual color. It is always washed out, or sometimes a different color (like burnt orange instead of green) altogether.

For instance, the "submit" button is green, but not the same shade as the color I've selected.
