500 Internal Server Error for Divi Builder caused by various PlugIns

    Hi everyone,

    I have built several websites with Divi and never encountered this issue, and I cannot track it down.
    I use divi with the exact same plugins on each of my websites, but on this one, all of the following plugins cause an internal server error when opening the divi builder or a blank page:
    – Yoast SEO
    – Pixelmate
    – Supreme Modules for Divi
    – Divi Torque

    Divi support has checked the issue and says it's due to the plugins. The plugin providers don't respond to my messages.

    All plugins & themes are updated to the latest version.

    Again, I am using the same plugins & theme on other websites (same hosting provider as well) and it works perfectly.

    Does anyone have any idea what is happening here?

    You may want to check if you fulfill the requirements stated at: WP Admin > Divi > Support Center > System Status

    You may also try to ask your host to increase your site Memory Limit & see if it helps.

    One last thing is to ask your host & see if there's any error log on the server.

    Yes I also get this issue. divi torque lite and supreme lite updated version make me cannot add new pages, edit divi builder pages, and visit theme page too. Any advice?

    If you're finding that enabling either of them causes the issue, it would suggest your site might have reached its memory limit. If that's the case, it's not really a problem with the plugins themselves - if you're already close to the limit, basically any sufficiently large plugin will take you over it.

    The first step would be to confirm if this is the case or not. To do that, you can enable debugging in WordPress and check the debug.log error file for any error messages, as described here:

    If you see error messages such as:

    "Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 67108864 bytes exhausted"

    That would indicate that it is indeed a memory issue. Increasing your memory limit should solve it:
