    You just need to add some margin top to the button module to adjust it to be middle.

    I've added 2% margin-top but it makes everything else skewed now on the header and it looks messy. I just want the button to move down, not the cart icon etc.

    I see that the margin doesn't work right for you.

    Then kindly remove the margin top & try this instead: Button Module Settings > Advanced > Position > Relative > Vertical Offset > 20px

    another quick question, on the same page, is there a way to change the menu lines to white color on sticky header?

    Try the below CSS in Divi > Theme Options > Custom CSS to make your sticky menu lines & search to be white in color:
