How to create a grid of hyperlinked image tiles with captions?

I'm trying to figure out how I can design a page that features an array of tiles with captions where the image is clickable and takes you to another page.

This is an example I created: https://imgur.com/a/6umHAm4

The user would be able to click each tile and it takes them to a different page. The issue is I made this with the Gallery module, and the gallery module does not allow the images themselves to be hyperlinked.

I tried to re-construct this idea using the Image module instead of the Gallery module. However, the image module doesn't display captions (unless I download another plugin) and also requires me to re-size the images to all the same size. I have about 90 images and this would take a long time. Is there an easier way to accomplish this, or am I stuck having to do it the long way?

    Thanks :)

    Why not just:
    1. Create a row with 3 columns.
    2. Add image module + text module for the caption for each columns.
    3. Then go to the Row Settings > Column Settings to set the Link for each columns.
    4. Proceed to add a new row again & repeat the same steps.
