Solved How do I actually get the Custom Newspaper Layout on Site?

Well I have tried to figure this out. How do I get the Newspaper theme to actually appear on the main site front page? I see it under Divi Layouts but when I select it in the customizer nothing changes, none of the themes are loading when I select in the customizer. I do not have this problem when I load custom header or footer types in the customizer.

What do I need to do?

 

I figured it out, I created a new page then loaded the layout from my saved layouts. I have spent hours trying to figure this out. Maybe it might be good to have a quickie instruction manual on how to actually implement the saved layouts!! Now I can actually get to work customizing it.
