How to access copy within Header & Navigation Style 1?

    I need to update the hours of operation in the header of a Divi themed website I did not build (helping someone out). I can see it via Divi > DU - Header > Header & Navigation Style 1 - Divi > Edit

    upload_2024-5-24_12-36-25.png

    However I'm unable to edit the hours. The orange and blue circles on the left of my screen shot just continuously rotate and do not stop. Where can I go to exit the hours?

    If it helps, here's the source code surrounding the content I need to update:
    <div class="et_pb_blurb_content">
    <div class="et_pb_main_blurb_image"><span class="et_pb_image_wrap"><span class="et-waypoint et_pb_animation_off et-pb-icon">&#x7d;</span></span></div>
    <div class="et_pb_blurb_container">
    <h4 class="et_pb_module_header"><span>Mon - Fri 9am - 5pm</span></h4>
    <div class="et_pb_blurb_description"><p>Come See Us!</p></div>

    Appreciate being pointed in the right direction.
