Can't access Patterns and Nothing Shows in Library

    Let me start by saying I have zero experience with coding. I dont know how I have made it this far.
    That being said I am a Lifetime Pro VIP member (not sure why its not showing here) and I use the extra theme. I have 250 wp patterns on my site from prior to Divi. I need them to be accessible on page. Badly. The only way I can access them is to go to my patterns and copy and paste and even that doesnt always work. I have to export them one by one and when I try to import them into the library when adding a module nothing shows up and I just purchased the 3000+ layout pack, so this is really frustrating to say the least.
    I need to know if there is a way to get access to my wp patterns in my divi builder and how to fix my empty library. I already did all the basics because I saw another thread on the same issue. I have cleared my cache, removed cookies and all the obvious. I am always reluctant to deactivate all my plugins. I have a lot and more times than not it hurts more than helps. Wondering if anyone can help me. The image below is what I get when I try to add a module and click on my library. This is my first post here so lmk if im missing anything. Thanks in advance.

    As for your issue, the first thing you should try is to enable Safe Mode & see if it works: WP Admin > Divi > Support Center > Safe Mode > Enabled

    Basically, Safe Mode will disable all the plugins, child theme & custom code just for your session only, for troubleshooting purposes. It won't affect your live site.

    If it works in Safe Mode, meaning one of the plugins / child theme / custom code is causing the issue. You will then need to enable / disable one by one to find the culprit.

    As for your wp patterns, are you referring to Divi Library items? If yes, check if those library items exist in WP Admin > Divi > Divi Library

    Thank you so much for you prompt response. Wow. I am beyond frustrated and thinking I made a huge mistake going with Divi. I am a VIP and have sent 4 separate messages to Divi customet service and have not received one reply. I have tried to access my library in safe mode and its a no go. Still hasnt showed up.
    In reference to the patterns, wp patterns are fairly new. I made 250+ reusable blocks with my old theme, some global. I need to be able to use them still. I was hoping there was a way to export them and import them to my Divi library so I wouldnt have to recreate them all because thats really not an option at this point due to the crazy amount of time it would take. I feel like I just keep hitting walls and I live the Extra theme. My site looks amazing, but I left my old theme as a result of the same kinda of time consuming issues. Thank you again for your help. You have no idea how much its appreciated.

    Divi theme can only use blocks made with Divi Builder. Thus, your wp patterns won't be visible in your Divi Library. I believe those can only be used if you're building your page with Gutenberg editor. But if you switch to Divi Builder, then they won't be available.

    But things might change if Divi release their major v5.0 update, as they're removing shortcodes and migrating to a modern storage format that shares much in common with WordPress's block.

    But for now, I don't think you can use your old theme blocks with pages built with Divi Builder.
