HELP, please. My sight has totally disappeared and is only showing code like this; there are a number of these errors listed and nothing else:

Deprecated: Creation of dynamic property ET_Core_HTTPInterface::$expects_json is deprecated in /home/customer/www/sandrarhemphill.com/public_html/wp-content/themes/divi/core/components/HTTPInterface.php on line 305

Deprecated: Creation of dynamic property ET_Core_HTTPInterface::$owner is deprecated in /home/customer/www/sandrarhemphill.com/public_html/wp-content/themes/divi/core/components/HTTPInterface.php on line 307

Deprecated: Creation of dynamic property ET_Core_API_Spam_ReCaptcha::$data_utils is deprecated in /home/customer/www/sandrarhemphill.com/public_html/wp-content/themes/divi/core/components/api/Service.php on line 244

Where do I begin to correct it?

    Hi Sandra,

Those "Deprecated" notices were, I believe, fixed in Divi v4.23.2, so if you haven't already, try updating to the latest version (v4.27.1) and hopefully that will remove them.

However "Deprecated" notices are just a message indicating that some aspects of the code may not work in future versions of PHP - they shouldn't actually stop the site from working or the page from being generated.

Are any of the other errors marked as "Fatal"? These are the type of error which will actually stop the site from working. If you can find the latest of these, that should help understand what's going on.

If you do have any "Fatal" errors, it's possible that updating Divi would fix those too. Otherwise, if it looks like the error is coming from a particular plugin, try disabling that plugin and see if it brings your site back up. And, of course, post the error (along with any details below it) here and we may be able to figure out what's causing it.

In the meantime, if it isn't clear to you were the error is coming from and updating Divi doesn't help, then try disabling all your plugins. If the site comes back up, re-enable them one-at-a-time until the one triggering the error is found.

Thank you for responding. I am unable to access any tools to make any corrections on my site. My original content still exists but I cannot make any adjustments. I cannot access the Divi Editor -- it doesn't show. Below the code posted above is the home page of my site but I cannot access Wordpress Dashboard or any pages via tabs on the site. Am I allowed to post my site URL?

I've spent the day working on site to not have anything change... stilll cannot access login; added and deleted actions suggested above via file manager. Still notihing has changed. The site appears after a long list of error codes. Worked through 6-8 YouTube videos but no solution. I hope it's okay to list the site: www.sandrarhemphill.com. I have some previous WP training but quite rusty. I will take a class to master this once I get back online (I've taken one already). Thanking you in advance for assistance.

    Hi Sandra,

Thanks for the update / link. These deprecation notices were added in PHP 8.2. If you are able to do so, log into your hosting account (rather than your website) and see if you can locate the option to change the PHP version running on your site. if you can downgrade the site to a lower version of PHP (e.g. 8.1, 8.0, etc) then I think that should remove these issues and get your site functional again. Just pick the highest available version of PHP which is less than 8.2. If you can't workout how to downgrade the site yourself, your web host might be able to advise you on how to do it.

Assuming this works and gets the site running again, then update Divi to the latest version. All being well, you should then be able to upgrade back to PHP 8.2 (or whichever version you were on originally).

If that doesn't work, another option would be to use your file manage to locate Divi's theme folder, normally at "wp-content/themes/Divi" within your main WordPress folder. If you rename the Divi folder to something else, e.g. Divi-old, that should deactivate Divi and again should hopefully let you then get into your WordPress admin. Then manually download the latest version of Divi from your Elegant Themes account and upload it to your site. Once on the latest version of Divi, the errors should be resolved.

I hope that helps, but let us know if not.

P.S. i'm not the forum administrator, but I believe posting the link to your site is fine, and very valuable for us to help diagnose issues.
