Solved Sticky navigation bar won't stay full width

I've built a navigation bar on my homepage that starts below the hero section, scrolls up then sticks to the top. The issue is when I resize the browser window to make it larger, the nav bar doesn't maintain full width while dragging the window. Once I stop resizing, the nav bar snaps back to full width, but I'd like it to stay full width at all times. This only happens on the homepage as I'm using the Global Header on all other pages. I received one suggestion to use flexbox but I've not been able to figure out how to implement this. Any help fixing this would be greatly appreciated!
