Outbound links code without code module

Hi,

I have been given the following code to insert into concrete outbounds links in a page. Currently this outbound link is in "button" modules all over: header, posts, main header.

I have no problem swapping the "button" modules for "code" modules where divi allows it. However I am stuck as to what to do where I can not place a "code" module (ie. headers or menu).

Any ideas on what to do? Thanks in advance.

However I am wondering if a could make the link a global form submit ire. everuy time someone clicks the link anywhere on the web it runs the submit form. Could that be possible???
