    Hi there,

    I’m trying to make some changes to the header in use on our website but have run into a few issues.

    In the menu below, if I press the ‘here’ hyperlink to edit the header, I get a 404 error.

    When I go to the Divi menu > DU Header and select the header in use, I get the following:

    When I open the other headers e.g Header & Navigation Style 10, it looks the same i.e nothing appears.

    Can you please assist?

    Try to go to WP Admin -> Settings -> Permalink & click save & see if it works.

    If not, see if you have Wordfence plug-in installed. If yes, try to disable it & see if it works.

    ========

    If all the above didn’t work for you, here’s some steps to confirm whether the header library is totally empty or not: Go to Theme Customizer (your first screenshot) to choose other header style and save it & see if the new header appear on your site.

    If the new header appear, then first go to disable your Wordfence plugin and then only edit the header under WP Admin > Divi > DU Header. And see if everything loaded correctly.

    If loaded fine, then you can try to enable Wordfence again, and edit the header again. If this time, the header content is gone, then it’s due to Wordfence delete all the contents. Then see if disabling the Wordfence can bring back all the contents. If not, try revisions and see if can roll back to previous version for your own header style 1.

    =======

    If the culprit is Wordfence, then you may find the Wordfence settings to set it to be learning mode & see if it helps.

    Thank you for your response.
    I've tried the permalink test and it didn't improve things.
    Wordfence is not installed on this website.
    It appears the library is totally empty. Can you please let me know what can be done from here?
    Thank you

    For your old header style 1, is there any revisions?

    If you haven’t made any changes yet, then you may delete all those header styles in Divi Library & download the attached json file & import it in the Divi Library. And see if it works.

    yes, the header style 1 was customised and is currently in use.
    If i delete all of the current headers from du - headers and import the ones you've provided, will I then need to make the required changes to the new header file?

    Yes. That’s right. You will need to redo all the changes.

    Or you can just test header style 10 & see if it works. Delete only header style 10 & import the json & see how it goes.

    All sorted now. It may have been a caching issue. Thank you for your help.
