Content below header drops into place on page load (Divi) – how to disable?

I’m improving an e-commerce website built with WordPress using the Divi theme/builder.
I would like to remove a distracting behaviour that appears on every page: the section directly below the main navigation/header drops into place when the page loads.

In other words, the section is initially hidden underneath the main navigation bar and then slides/drops down into its correct position with a short delay when the page loads. The client dislikes this because it makes the site feel visually unstable and restless.

Could you please advise how to disable these effects and keep the page content fixed in the correct vertical position when the page loads?

The feature I need to remove is the following:

The section directly below the main A navigation/header drops into place from far top edge and from underneath the header section when the page loads. This happens of every page. In other words, the upper part of the section is initially hidden underneath the main navigation bar and then slides/drops down into its correct position below the header with a short delay when the page loads.

Could you please advise how to disable these effects and keep the page content fixed in the correct vertical position when the page loads. I have already made sure no animation has been set for the sections.
