Divi menu not showing on static pages only on 404 page which is a post type page

Hi everybody
I need you help on this:
The Divi menu is not showing on any static pages only on 404 page which is a post type page.
I tried everything to solve this.

1. I checked divi theme builder and everything is set correctly
   Global header created with a menu
   In preview it is showing correctly
   In menu>extended>visibility vertical/horizontal set to visible
   position set to relative
2. All caches cleared Litespeed cache
3. Divi cache cleared
4. all plugins deactivated(Divi safe mode)
5. Appearance>Menus is set to primary menu
6. All pages are "not privat" and published

Permalinks saved twice to reestablish all connections.

None of my created pages is showing with menu.
Just thought i open 404 page which was not created by me.
It is a post type page and there the menu is showing fine and working.
???????????????????
I don't know what else to try.

Hope somebody has an idea
