Hi! So, I have migrated to DiVi 5 and I'm running DiVi 5.1.0. I'm getting a little frustrated because things that used to be somewhat straightforward are almost impossible now, from what I can tell. lol

What I want is to have an image span the width of the page, located at the very top of the page. The image should be overlaid with the page title. Before migrating to DiVi 5.1.0, I found I could use the "Fullwidth Post Title" module, set the font and background image to what I wanted and BAM, I was about 90% there.

With DiVi 5.1.0, it seems all I can do is add a "Post Title" module to a new row and the new row doesn't span the full width of the page.

Any ideas on how I can achieve this with DiVi 5.1.0?

On a side note, I find it odd the DiVi dashboard doesn't show which version of the theme is installed. It tells me that I have the current version installed, but didn't include the version number. Weird.

Anyway, any ideas, tips or tricks would be greatly appreciated!

    Thanks in advance!

    Peace...

    Hey Tom,

You should be able to make the new row span the full width of the page by setting:

    Row Settings > Design > Sizing > Width = 100%

    AND

    Row Settings > Design > Sizing > Max Width = 100%

(the Max Width being necessary as it is only 1080px by default which would normally constrain the row width)

Or does that not work for you?

Thanks for the tip! I looked at the sizing settings, but didn't quite understand how things worked. By using this information and changing some other settings, I was able to accomplish what I needed and I'll update the other pages on the site accordingly.

    Thanks!

    Peace...
