    Dear team,

    I've almost completed setting-up a new site with DP Child Theme - which is very promising so far - and would like to suggest you to make it working with Akismet as a quite effective anti-spam system furthermore transparent for end users.

    Yes while Akismet is enabled with a valid and tested key, the native contact form of Divi/DP Theme does not use it to block spam. Is it something that can be already parameterized somewhere within the theme or can you incorporate this feature in a coming release ?

    I see. For our child theme, we did not alter the native Divi modules in any way. It's best for you to suggest it to ElegantThemes about this & hope for them to include it in future version of Divi. Alternatively, you can use other contact form plugins that support Akismet integration.
