Solved Custom Header

    If you wish it to behave like this link: https://divi.j2test.com/?p=1

    Then, go to the Row settings > Advanced > Custom CSS > Main Element & add width: 80%!important;

    If you wish it to behave like this link: https://divi.j2test.com/?page_id=2

    Then go to the Row settings > Make This Row Fullwidth

    And go to the Row settings again > Use Custom Gutter Width > Gutter Width > 1

    From what I see from your link, you haven't applied any of the changes mentioned above.

    If I'm not wrong, you wish to make the logo menu section fullwidth. Similar to screenshot below:

    From what I see, it seems like the top bar row settings is set correctly > Make This Row Fullwidth + Gutter Width 1. See screenshot below:

    But the logo menu row settings doesn't have fullwidth settings & gutter width 1. See screenshot below:
