Adding Text/Form over Header Image

    I have my header picture for the top of my website. I would like to add a headline over the picture as well as a form to one side. I can't seem to find how to do that. If i add text and my background is the picture, it is not big enough.

    You should be able to do that by creating a normal section with 2 column. Then add text module on one column & form module on the other column. Then add background image as per what you say.

    You mentioned that it's not big enough. Are you referring to the background image? You can increase the background image size by adding padding top / bottom of the section.

    Thanks for the quick reply. are you saying to add the same background image to both columns? won't it then over lap?

    Just add the background image at section background image.
