I do not know what exactly happend but the Divi Ultimate Header is not sticky (the menu is visible but it isn't sticky when scrolling). I tried to delete everything and upload it again but that did not work. Does anyone know how to fix this?

    thx.

Oh thanks it was indeed the plugin. Is there an optimization plugin you can recommend that works fine with Divi Ultimate?

For the autoptimize plugin, it seems to cause issues for all inline Jquery code on your site, not just a Divi Ultimate issue.

In default Divi, there's some optimization options as well:
WP Admin > Divi > Theme Options > General > Minify And Combine Javascript Files > Enabled
WP Admin > Divi > Theme Options > General > Minify And Combine CSS Files > Enabled

Not sure about any other optimization plugin out there though.
