Solved installation issues

    Divi Ultimate Child Theme

    Hi im trying to do a fresh install, but when following your install guide, im getting stuck on step 6. after the first .json file is selected and uploaded i get the dialog box seeming to ask for the part 2 but after i select the file it just hangs and doesnt give me a progress or next button. it only shows cancel import. see attached image.

    your install guide doesnt show how to deal with the 3 part .json file specifically.

    Did the first .json file get imported successfully?

    Then try to refresh the page & import the second .json file.

    After second file import, refresh the page again & import the third one.

    Let me know if that works.
    Might just be some Divi bugs.

    I dont believe so. When i select the 1st json file it gives me the time bar, it completely loads then immediately becomes the dialog the screenshot i uploaded. I have also had my host alter the php settings to:

    memory_limit = 500M
    max_execution_time 120
    upload_max_filesize 1024M
    post_max_size 1024M
    max_input_time 600
    max_input_vars 5000

    When you go to Divi Library, it's still empty after 1st json file completely load?

    Previously for v1 you can install it with no issue right?

    Can you try to import the v1 json file & see if it works?

    so i uninstalled DU 2.0 and downloaded 1.0.1 and went through the steps only to have the same thing happen on this. it will upload the json file, the timer bar moved all the way across, then it paused a bit then switched back to a dialog box same as the screenshot in the OP

    We tested importing our .json file for latest Divi version & it worked.
    No one else reporting any issues about this, so there shouldn't be any issue with our child theme.

    For this case, you need to refer elegantthemes support team for your issue. It might be your server configuration issue.
