Solved CSS Class Renaming

    Hi guys,

Is there an easy/quick way of renaming the CSS classes that are builtin to section settings?

E.g I've used the Gym layout for the home page and the CSS class for one of the sections is free-gym et_pb_specialty_fullwidth.

If possible, I would like to (in this example) replace the 'free-gym' part of the class to something that's more specific to the clients website.

Of course, I don't want to potentially break the functionality of the site/theme so if it's too complex and/or risky, please let me know.

    Thank you

There's no easy way to do that. You will need to use code editor software (such as Notepad++) to replace all the free- in our assistant plugin & xml file. And it's not recommended as well, as you will need to do it for every update.

If you're just referring to the 'free-theme' CSS class (such as 'free-gym', 'free-agency', etc.), then you can just remove it from every section after you have set your desired theme in Theme Customizer > Divi Ultimate > Global Styling > Choose your desired theme
**This is because after you selected a desired theme in the global styling, it will then automatically add the 'free-theme' CSS class in the body tag for every pages. So, you won't need the 'free-theme' CSS class in the sections anymore. Do note that this only applies for 'free-theme' CSS class only, not for other CSS classes like 'free-background-overlay'.
