HEADER CONTENT PADDING TOP

    Hello, I can change the settings in the HEADER CONTENT PADDING TOP section as I like, it does not work any more the settings are frozen like that. Here is the view of my blog https://jr-webdesign.eu/blog/ I want to have the empty area above the heading. Why can not I change the settings for HEADER CONTENT PADDING TOP?     For the Header Content Padding Top, it's referring to this part (see screenshot below):
    **From what I see, you're setting it to be 0.
    **Is that the padding top that you're looking for?

    Also I noticed your site has an empty space at the top part:
    **It seems to be a cookie notice, which pushed your content downwards.

    To fix your cookie consent issue, try to add the below CSS in Divi > Theme Options > Custom CSS:

    Log In or Sign Up to view this code.
    After adding the CSS, the cookie consent should now be shown at the bottom of your page & the empty spaces at the top will be removed.
