Solved Hover Effect on Menu

Hi, I am using a combination of divi ultimate header and max mega menu. I have an issue when I hover over a certain drop down where it "refreshes" each time you go over a different section of the menu.

If you hover over medical services (set up as 3 columns) and then to a different column (speciality outpatient clinics and then hospital services) you should be able to see the effect I am talking about.

I would really like to get rid of that so that there is no "refreshing" is this something that can be fixed with some css.

I am pretty sure it is coming from the ultimate header plug in because if I place the same menu on the page directly the affect goes away.

Any help would really be appreciated.
