    Hi guys

I would like to display my menu as a VERTICAL DROPDOWN menu thats opens/collapses in a sidebar widget
(please see a screenshot of how I would like it http://sjidesign.com/lvacher/menu.jpg)

The demo site is on http://sjidesign.com/lvacher/

The menu should be below the slider on the right hand side, but as you can see from the menu the submenus are open and do not collapse etc.I would like them all closed until you click on each submenu

    Any ideas?

    Many thanks in advance

    Dan

You can't achieve that with default Divi settings. You will need custom CSS + jQuery code for that.

Did a quick search, but couldn't find any ready code for this. Couldn't advice more on this matter.

Thank you for your quick response, I appreciate it.

That's what I thought to be the case and I couldn't really find anything either.

Oh well I will have to try and find some other way, thank you again.

    Regards

    Dan

I would also like to create the menu you described in a side bar without any borders or colors at https://70birds.com/bird-species/boreal-chickadee/ on desktop. That is the submenus are collapsed until the parent is selected or hovered over. On that page, the sidebar is a simple text module, which I'm speculating may make it easier, or maybe not, to include necessary CSS and which ever else may be necessary. I'd appreciate tons if someone could provide direction or examples of something like that.
