Solved position row at the top of section

    Just make the section padding top to be 0.

    That did not do anything :/

    Should I put the menu header section in a different section than the banner? currently on the screenshot the row is inside the banner section. And I want the header menu to be at the top but inside the banner

    Try to go to the Section Settings > Advanced > Custom CSS > Main Element & add padding-top: 0!important;
