Solved Checkbox state contact form not coming through to email

HI all I'm having a hard time working out how to have checkbox states in contact form come through to email.

We have a product that we want to offer an option on website to select the various styles for a 'sample request' which potential customer then receives by courier.

I have setup multiple checkboxes showing the design options of product we have available, easy enough.

However on selecting options and submitting response, nothing regarding the checkbox states are delivered to the email - everything else but is coming through as usual.

What am I doing wrong? many thanks..

 

Thanks have tried and this indeed does work.

I had previously formatted the email using message pattern, not including the recently added product sample selection boxes - thinking that message pattern is purely formatting the final message appearance / layout, and that the checkboxes would just pull through regardless.
