Looking for a Plugin to have Custom Post Meta (not style)

Hello!

I am already looking some time now for a plugin to have custom post meta information at the blog layout and at the single post layout.

Maybe my wording is just totally wrong, but I can only find plugins to style the Post Meta (Toolbox, EZBuilder and so on...).

I really need custom Tags/Labels there (at least I thnk so?). I want to show which kind of advertising it is - for example "Affiliate" or "Paid Example" and so on. On hover/click it needs to show a tooltip. I already found a website with this and I cannot believe that it is a custom plugin, but I cannot even find something like this for "normal" wordpress.

One blog has it - I attached a screenshot, but I cannot believe that it is a custom plugin; I think that I am just missing something.

Requirements:
- Options to edit the Tags & Tooltips
- Add Tag to Posts (none, one or more)
- Tags with Tooltip need to be shown at the Blog Post Overview
- Tags with Tooltip need to be shown at the single post page
- Best thing is to have options integrated into Divi to turn/off in each module

I think that I made some progress.

A way to go is having some custom taxonomy. Just need to display these at the blog overview and the single post.
