Popups for Divi: Flickering on open

    Not sure about that, but here's one thing you can try: WP Admin > Divi > Theme Options > Builder > Advanced > Static CSS File Generation > Enabled

    The first time you visit a page, it will save a copy of the CSS in file. Then the second time onwards, it will load the CSS file, instead of those inline CSS. The inline CSS might be the cause of you seeing those flicker.

    I am unable to share my URL per client agreement. But I've tested it out on another popup with plain text and without any custom css and other media/graphics, I'm still confused as to why it's still flickering.
