Solved Change bottom margin of primary menu

    I would like to reduce the white space between the primary (top) menu and the page contents. I know I can do this by changing the top margin of every page's first section to -60px. But I'd like to make a global change. That way, if someone adds a new page, it will be consistent with previous pages.
