    Hi,

I've got the plugin installed and styled for desktop, but it still uses the default Divi mobile menu. I've checked in the divi builder and the full width menu isn't hidden for mobile.

How do i get this to work?

The section visibility is set to be hidden, not the fullwidth menu. Let me know if it works.

Another thing is that, we set the sticky menu to be hidden in mobile as well. Add this custom CSS to show the sticky menu in mobile:
    Code:
Log In or Sign Up to view this code.

Our plugin purposely use the default Divi header in mobile, so that you can have slide in / fullscreen menu on mobile.

But then, if you wish to use the desktop style on mobile, try the above CSS & visibility settings.

Also if you want to hide the default Divi menu in mobile, add this custom CSS:
    Code:
Log In or Sign Up to view this code.

Thanks for your reply, I've added in the two bits of code and now i've just got a blue bar with no hamburger menu or logo?

I've currently got the header for Divi set as fullscreen.

    Kindly share your URL.

What I can guess it that the hamburger icon is the same color as your background.

As for your logo, you must set the visibility of the desktop logo to show in mobile as well.

The URL is http://lathams.zestdev.com/ i've taken off the hide divi menu, so can see the full screen version of that one, but i can't see any trigger for the DU Header version.

We would like it to look like the screenshot below, logo on the right, hamburger on the left with either slide in or full screen menu.

Meaning, the default one would do. Delete the CSS coding that you added just now.

Then you will get to the logo on the left & fullscreen menu on the right.

But then, you want the logo on the right & menu on the left. Try to add this custom CSS:
    Code:
Log In or Sign Up to view this code.

The default one doesn't show up though, all i get is the original divi menu, which is not what i want.

You need to go to Theme Customizer to change it to slide in / fullscreen:

If you enable slide in / fullscreen, it should show up properly in mobile. You already put slide in / fullscreen?

If still not working, it might be due to your caching plugin. Try to disable it.

It's already active yes, the screenshot below is when i get, and the 'X' is missing to be able to close the menu. I haven't got a caching plugin set up yet.

By default, Divi slide in doesn't support fixed menu on mobile. That's why it the 'X' is missing.

To solve it, you need to disable the sticky mobile header settings (somewhere in other plugin).
