color not changing in header

divi Version 4.0.11
rolled back to Version 4.0.6 problem when away

header will not update to new colors
In the menu bar, blurps
Everything seems to stay at the default red and black.

No its not a cache issue. checked on other browsers same issue.

Loaded divi 4.0.11 then loaded ultimate header 3.1.1 to get this issue

Please look into this

So,

I put divi 4.0.11 back on and now I change the colors and they stay the same.
If I changed it to blue in 4.0.6 and add 4.0.11 and change the color to green.
I update and refresh and the color stays blue. It will not change to the new setting.

Plugins installed
All-in-One WP Migration is causing the issue.

 

Divi Ultimate Footer Plugin and All-in-One WP Migration together is causing the issue.

 

So,

Divi Ultimate Footer Plugin and All-in-One WP Migration together is causing the issue.
If I go back to 4.0.6 I do not get this issue.

I deleted All-in-One WP Migration and I still get the issue with divi 4.0.11
I deteted Divi Ultimate Footer Plugin and reinstalled it and the issue went away.
Ad soon as I put All-in-One WP Migration back on the issue came back.

Again I did not have an issue with these plugins loaded in divi 4.0.6.

don't know if its divi or the 2 plugins.
Just giving you the information.
