Why do I keep getting Manage Plug-in Conflict & DIVI Header is only Plugin running?

I am running DIVI Header Plugin 3.0.1 with DIVI 4.2.1 and wordpress 5.3.2. Brand new site with no other plugins running all are off except the DIVI Header Plugin. I get the screenshot that pops up that says Manage your Plugins or Increase your Memory.... Makes me not want to use the DIVI Header Plugin on other future sites. Site is slow and intermittent once and a while too so wondering if there's a conflict.

Please advise and see attached screenshot.

Doesn't seem to be our plugin issue. To confirm, you can try to disable our plugin & see if you're still having this issue.

Most likely it's a hosting settings + Divi issue. You will need to make sure that you're fulfilling all the Divi requirements stated in Divi > Support Center > System Status.
