Solved Header not showing on mobile devices

    Dear Support,

    Good day!
    This is first time I used pre-designed Header & Navigation. I found that it's working fine on Desktop, may I know why it did not show in mobile devices? (Instead, it will show Divi default header/ menu on mobile devices).

    Can you please refer to screenshot attached.

    The reason we did that is to let you have the choice of slide in / fullscreen / slide down menu in mobile: Theme Customizer > Header & Navigation > Header Format > Header Style
