Window in Iframe is stuck

    Hi,

    On my website https://www.choice4better.nl there's a iframe in a code module.

    The things is that on the iphone 5 and Ipad the information frame that comes up in the lower part of the screen when you click on a geolocation is stuck. People can't access this part. The simulator does work but on real iphone 5 and Ipad, it doesn't.

    I thought maybe it's the viewport, but than it's weird that it does work on iphone's 6 and up, but on Ipad not. It's pretty vital. because the map becomes useless if people can't access that info

    Do you happen to know how to fix the issue?

    Hopefully you can help me out!

    Tested on iPad and iPhone 11 & both can scroll well.

    And since it's an iframe, you can't control how it behave. It depends on the iframe site.

    Good to know that Iphone 11 works too. Strange that Ipad does work for you. So, on Ipad the information of a geolocation was accessible? What kind of Ipad did you use?

    With "the iframe site" you mean the company that provides me the map(service)?

    I’m using iPad mini. And yes, I can scroll the information below the map.
    Yup. The company that provides you the map service.

    You can’t alter the iframe behaviour from your site.

    Alright! .... Well, I'm glad its working for you. Maybe it's the Apple settings on my Ipad and Iphone? Could that be?

    But I'll reach out to the company that owns the map :)
