Trying to optimize my site for 1280x763 and center anything above 1280

Section #2 Looks good in 1280x763

but 1920x1080 the row is aligned to the top of the page instead of the center.

Columns are set to equal height - I've tried entering css in the actual section / rows / columns and in the global additional css. Absolutely nothing works and its driving me nuts - spent the last 4 hours trying to fix this.

Also while you are looking, check out Section #3 on a cellphone - the blurbs are overlapping into the next column - looks good on desktop but fubars as soon as you goto a responsive design. Absolutely no idea why?

    Thanks in advance!

To make it center, you would need to use position absolute.

Try to go to the Row Settings > Advanced > Custom CSS > Main Element & add:
    Code:
Log In or Sign Up to view this code.
Just add it for your desktop custom CSS.
It's due to the max-height 100vh in the Row Settings. You should remove it.
