Background images not displaying

I inherited a site with a client and over the last few months the images have just stopped displaying on the home page so the background is pure white and most of the content isn't visible. I've tried disabling static CSS and flushing the cache but nothing has seem to have worked. The images are still where they should be on the backend and it even displays properly when doing the frontend editor but it won't display correctly on desktop (usually it's fine on mobile though). Any help would be appreciated!

We're using Managed WP from GoDaddy and I can't seem to find any way to clear that cache outside of the general "Flush Cache" that dropos down on the top bar on the WP back end. I've done that several times but I'm not sure if that works for what you're specifically suggesting.

For that case, you should refer to GoDaddy on the missing image link from their CDN.
