Odd Responsive Design Issue

Hello,

I love using divi, but I've run into a bit of a problem that I can't seem to fix at all!
So any help is greatly appreciated!

I'm currently in the process of creating a few dozen pages for affiliates of our program, but the design that I've created doesn't seem to transition well to mobile nor tablet sized screens. Below is a link to one of the pages.

The page looks pretty good, but the main issues are the gradient column background and the blurb/icons not adjusting and resizing appropriately when the window is scaled down. Also the gradient column doesn't seem to extend to the full length of the the over all section when more text is added to other sections (the link below shows this).

Sorry for the delayed reply, I was out of the country for a bit and didn't have access to WIFI.
I have enabled the equalize column heights, and it doesn't seem to make any difference.... any other ideas?

FYI: this page is built with the specialty selection, with the blub fields on the left and a gallery/tab on the right, I feel like this is part of the problem.....
