    Hello everybody,

I hope, my English is good enough. ;) My name is Ralf and I'm a WordPress-rookie.
On our website we would to create a NEWS-page, quasi a blog. Our theme is Divi.

The problem is, that we can't change our background on the "...com/archive/..."-page. Anytime the background is white, although we adjustet transparency to see our background-picture (please see attached the screenshot).
Added to this I don't know where I can edit the archive-page in WordPress.

Can somebody help me? Thank you very much!

You need to build a custom archive template by going to Divi -> Theme Builder. Then in the body of the template put a background image on the section, and in the section insert blog module with news category.
There is no way in dive to set the background on the archive page naturally as far as I know.
