Solved Contact form not working for Mobile

    Using the standard Divi contact form, everything works perfectly on a laptop, the success message is seen and the email is sent.
    On mobile device, nothing happens. Like the form is not submitted. I've tried multiple mobile browsers, safari, chrome, nothing seems to process the form.

    Thoughts? Thanks!

    Any news on this? I have the exact same problem. The form and email are working fine, but only on PC. No mobile browser will work for me. I don't get an error, and the redirect "thank you" page displays just fine. What am I doing wrong? This is the test url:

    I had to let the divi team remote into my site. I don’t recall the exact fix. There was a plug-in that was causing the issue, I think it was a google captcha plugin that was deprecated.
    Try disabling plugins one at a time while testing. Maybe you will find a plug-in that is causing the interference.

    Found this: from the Divi help team:

    “I have checked and found the issue. Issue is coming due to invalid and 400 server error of google API.js file

    I just disabled Google reCaptcha and it start working fine.”

    We had the same problem, and disabling the captcha got the mobile contact form working again. So do we have to go captcha-less now, or is there an alternative?

    Is there a workout for this yet? I was having the same issue with my contact form not submitting on mobile devices as well. Removing google's eCaptcha worked like a charm. Thanks!

    Small update. I'm using Termageddon for my privacy policy compliance. I had to add to the Cookie Policy and consent tool permissions for ReCAPTCHA and ReCaptcha v3. After doing this everything worked great on my mobile device.

    I thought I'd found a really reliable method with Divi contact form helper......so if the email account blocked the sent form, atleast it would be saved in the database. Im not sure when the issue started but it all appears to work correctly on mobile and even has the success message, (so no red flags) but it does NOT SAVE TO DATABASE OR SEND ON MOBILE DEVICES. Why not????
    I switch off Recaptcha and it all works......
    I am soooo fed up with contact forms / email accounts / Recaptcha spending hours and hours trying to get them working reliably. Is there a 100% reliable method for collecting contact form info so the client doesn't feel like you have let them down / missed thousands of pounds of potential leads.... etc :(
