Contact form - Invalid submission. Please refresh the page and try again.

    Hello. I am testing my form and it was working before. But now when I enter all the information into the form, I get an error message "Invalid submission. Please refresh the page and try again."

    I have another form on my contact us page that works just fine.

    Can someone please help me out?

    Update: my form works and redirects to the thank you page ONLY IF other is selected from the referral source and the conditional logic is triggered for "other" as a referral source.

    If any other referral source is selected, it doesn't work!!!! :( Please help me!

    Hi there, its works now only because I removed the conditional field when "Other" is selected from the referral drop down list. Which I'd really like to keep on the form so I can determine where people are finding me.

    When I have that conditional rule, the form only works when "Other" is selected from the dropdown and then text is entered into that conditional field that pops up.

    Any thoughts? I took it out for now because this page is live. Thank you!

    Hi everyone, I am experiencing the same issue with the Divi Contact Form.

    I was hoping to create an assessment form for my client but it seems the form is very large (over 50 questions) and does not work.
    We tried reducing the fields to 9 or 10 and submitted it and it worked so I am forced to find a plugin that will allow me to create a survey page.

    Has anyone experienced the same issue and fixed it using only Divi form?
