How do I add a secondary menu above the primary, similar to Divi default secondary?

Assuming you want to add secondary menu to Header Style 1. For this example, I'll use the secondary menu of Header Style 5.

    Step 1:
Go to edit your Header Style 1 in visual builder.

    Step 2:
Load new layout & choose Header Style 5. See screenshot below.

    Step 3:
Right click on the secondary menu section & click 'Copy Section'. See screenshot below.

    Step 4:
Click on the history button & select the previous version & it will revert back to Header Style 1. See screenshot below.

    Step 5:
Right click on any section & click 'Paste Section' & you will see the secondary menu added. Then you just need to move it to the top. See the screenshot below.

Thanks for this but two issues.
    - That copy / revert history / paste thing doesn't work. Once I revert I lose the option to paste
    - Even if it did work it wouldn't achieve what I'm going for. I want two menus I built up top, like it currently is https://newterritory.fitness
The easy solution would be to add another full-width menu and assign my secondary menu. But the height is too big and I want it nice and thin like it currently is.

Also - how do I hide the menus on the full page hero section on my home page? Thanks

After you add that top fullwidth menu & add a custom CSS Class to menu, kindly share your link here & I'll provide you with the custom CSS to make it smaller.

To disable header on selected page, you just need to select blank page template for the page. See the screenshot below. But by selecting the blank page template, your footer will be disabled as well.
