Solved link header hover visibility with body

Hello,
I'm running into a bit of a snag. I have a text box appear from the background via hover, and that's pretty easy. The issue is, that when I hover over the body text, the header text doesn't appear. I've watched a few tutorials on hover, and this doesn't really come up, was there an update that makes the header text and body text independent?
What can I do to make the header text hover effect occur while hovering over the body text?

 

ah, I'm not sure if this is the best way to do it, but instead of having hover transitions on each element, I used custom css to affect the whole modules visibility on hover.
