Solved How to link to a tab

    Hi,
    I have used the Tabs module (About Us).
    Within the first tab I have some text that I have linked to the next tab as a reference point for readers.
    I linked the text with the following: /about/#professionalbio (with professionalbio being the name of the tab).
    However, it's not working when I click on the link. I am obviously doing something wrong! :)
    Could you please advise how I link text to the next tab in the module?

    Try to add custom CSS ID for your tabs module:

    Then proceed to your site & click on your tab. You will then see your URL is added with the tab anchor link:

    Just copy the URL as your link to open the tab.

    Hi,
    Thank you for your help.
    I added to the CSS ID and used the URL that was added with the tab anchor link, however, it is still not opening that tab.

    Seems like there's an error with the jQuery.

    Try to enable Safe Mode & see if it works: WP Admin > Divi > Support Center > Safe Mode > Enabled

    If it works in Safe Mode, meaning one of the below is causing the issue:
    1. Plugins.
    2. Child Theme.
    3. WP Admin > Divi > Theme Options > Integration

    You will then need to enable / disable one by one to find the culprit.
