Solved Divi mobile menu not working properly

    Hi!

    I created global header using divi's theme builder. The menu works correctly on desktop but not on mobile devices. When I click the hamburger icon the menu does not open until I have clicked a few times. When the hamburger icon is clicked ones it goes to mysite.com/#.

    How can I fix this?

    Sound to me like some conflict.

    You can go to Divi -> Support center -> Safe mode and enable it. Then try to see if the issue persists.

    I logged in as a admin and the menu worked normally on mobile. The menu worked also in safe mode.

    Now you know that something is conflicting with the code that enables clicking functionality.
    The next step is to disable plugins one by one, and after you disable one plugin, you try if the hamburger works. Don't forget to clear cache after you disable plugin and before you try if hamburger is working.

    I have the same issue... and the plugin causing the issue is Divi ultimate Plugin. Version 8.1.13.
