Tablet view not working

Please if you can help:

I go to text setting and select phone view, change a few things for phone texts module.

Everything is ok in desktop, tablet and phone views when working in text setting.

But after saving and exit Divi builder, the tablet view lost everything.

If I enter again Divi builder, tablet mode has nothing. But I did have everything ok in tablet mode when I was working in setting, and saved it before exit.

Also, when enter again builder and tablet mode has nothing, I can not even add row or module on front end.

The screenshot shows what I see when in tablet view (only has post title, everything else lost).

I have last version of Divi and Wordpress. Paid for my legal copy theme, but they did not reply now!!!

"switching and saving 3 modes individually" does not work. If fact, I did it many times,

"copy the text from desktop or mobile version to tablet and save", I didn't do it actually, but I am sure it will work.
I found that I need to enter tablet mode, make some changes (move a image and save, then move again to it original position and save again), it will work.
If I don't do any change, it will not work.
