Solved Importing JSON file stuck at 1%

    Hi I'm doing a new install and at the point of importing the customizer JSON file. It's been stuck at 1% for the past 30 minutes. Any reason why?

    You can try the below:
    1. Fulfill the requirements in WP Admin > Divi > Support Center > System Status.
    2. Clear your cache.

    And see if it works.
    **It's just a 6KB file, which should be imported in seconds.

    ========

    Just to note that the customizer JSON file is optional to import. It's just meant to set the button color, primary menu color, etc, which you should be changing to your own color.

    It didn't like the backup and import option. Once I exported the Divi Customizer separately and imported the DU customizer, it worked.
