Solved Unable to load template

    Hi Support,

    Following the instructions exactly, on a clean install, with the latest plugin updates.

    I can see the elements are loaded in the theme library.

    In the theme customizer I see the option to load the theme, but whichever I choose does not seem to do anything.

    Following the guide on making the first page, I am stuck at the first hurdle, with the latest version of divi.

    The option isn't available to click "+" and add from the library, rather the options for pre-made layouts or saved layouts. None of which seem to hold the templates. (the default divi templates available)

    Can you help? Please let me know if I can do anything to help my side, I'd like to resolve quickly if possible.

    I was able to load my theme through the "theme customizer" page. Under the first menu item "divi ultimate", then click "global styling" . you should see a dropdown menu with all the different theme options.

    Hope this helps

    Thanks, Scott, but I did already try this way when I select a theme through customizer nothing happens, I recorded in case it helps anyone in the meantime.

    This will only load the necessary CSS file. You need to create new page & add the premade layout from the library.

    You should be able to see all our premade layouts in Your Saved Layouts.

    Make sure your Divi Library is already filled with all our premade layouts / sections:

    Ok I got it, thanks so much for your quick help Scott & Du for spelling it out! :)

    I didn't realize I could scroll down there for the built-in themes.

    And still a little confusing it doesn't load directly from the customizer, I thought something was up.
