Creating layouts not working ... either importing or from scratch

    Divi Powerful Child Theme Divi Ultimate Archive Plugin Divi Ultimate Blog Plugin Divi Ultimate Header Plugin Divi Ultimate Footer Plugin

    Installed the plugin, activated it, went to Divi Library to import the json files. I get this error message.

    No layouts are brought in.

    If I try to create a New Layout manually under Divi>DU Header - Library, I can create and save new layouts.
    But if I leave the DU Header - Library and go back, those layouts do not show up in the main screen:

    If I click on Published, the layouts I create from scratch are visible:

    But I can't select them in Divi Customizer (they are missing completely):

    Make sure you import the json file in WP Admin > Divi > Divi Library > Import & Export

    And if you wish to use your own custom Divi Library item, then you just need to add category Header & Navigation to it. And you will be able to select it in Theme Customizer.

    Though, before doing that, you will need to import the .json file successfully, then only the Header & Navigation category will appear.

    Well ...
    I actually wrote I went to Divi Library to import. I've done this over and over again, trying different things, but I get that no matter where I try to import it.
    Also, if you look at the screenshot I posted, I did add the Header & Navigation category, even though that's not in the documentation. And it still is not available to choose in Divi Customizer.

    Kindly check your PM.
    I believe it's because you previously imported Divi Powerful Child Theme on your site & the Header & Navigation category is meant for Divi Powerful only.

    Will need to successfully imported Divi Ultimate Header Plugin .json file, then only the right Header & Navigation category will appear. Kindly check your PM for us to check further on the .json import.

    I did not import the Divi Powerful Child Theme. I have never used it.

    Seems like a plugin conflict. I tested to enable Safe Mode & import it again & it works: WP Admin > Divi > Support Center > Safe Mode > Enabled

    Kindly check.
    As for the category, I removed the wrong Header & Navigation category (you might've added yourself). Now it's left with the correctly imported Header & Navigation category:
